When you see how easy this is, you will never go back to store bought again!
2 1/4 Cups (260 Grams) Toasted Hazelnuts – see video
1/4 Cup (60ml) Flavourless Oil (Pistachio Oil or Hazelnut Oil recommended)
45 Grams (1/3 Cup + 2 Tablespoons) Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
1 1/4 Cups (130 Grams) Powdered Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Espresso Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
- Place hazelnuts in a food processor and process until it turns into paste (see video)
- Add remaining ingredients and process until combined.
- Store in container with sealed top and keep refrigerated
Lasts for weeks (if it can last that long in your kitchen for that long! :).
