2 1/4 Cups (260 Grams) Toasted Hazelnuts – see video

1/4 Cup (60ml) Flavourless Oil (Pistachio Oil or Hazelnut Oil recommended)

45 Grams (1/3 Cup + 2 Tablespoons) Cocoa Powder, unsweetened

1 1/4 Cups (130 Grams) Powdered Sugar

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Espresso Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla



  1. Place hazelnuts in a food processor and process until it turns into paste (see video)
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until combined.
  3. Store in container with sealed top and keep refrigerated
  4. Enjoy!

Lasts for weeks (if it can last that long in your kitchen for that long! :).
