Parmesan Crisps

A tasty snack on its own, or a garnish to something else. Bottom line, it is easy to make!

Ingredients:

Parmesan (any type will work)

Optional Extras:

Season with a little bit of oregano or add pepper.

Method:

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350F/180c
  2. Grate parmesan on pan in whatever shapes you want.
  3. Place in oven for about 8 minutes or until a nice gold colour develops (see photo above for reference). Once it has reached desired colour, turn off oven and let them sit in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Remove, cool and garnish or serve as is
  5. Enjoy!

 

Important: Do NOT bake parmesan directly on cookie sheet or pan. Wax or parchment paper required.
