There is much debate when it comes to baking about whether to use volume or weight to measure ingredients.

Whenever I bake, I measure all liquids in a clear volume measuring cup (I do not weigh liquid ingredients), however, I do weigh dry ingredients as the results tend to be much more accurate.

I have posted a conversion chart on the website you may refer to while baking to get more precise amounts. As detailed in the video, measuring dry ingredients using volume instead of weight will give you a different result every time.
